NEW DELHI: The Competition Commission has rejected allegations of unfair business practices against five online retail majors -- Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon, Jabong and Myntra -- as it did not find any prima facie evidence of violations. The complaints were filed against Flipkart India Pvt Ltd, Jasper Infotech Pvt Ltd, Xerion Retail Pvt Ltd, Amazon Seller Services Pvt Ltd and Vector E-commerce Pvt Ltd. After looking into the matter for the past few months, the fair trade watchdog has ruled that these entities did not violate competition norms by indulging in cartelisation or by abusing their dominant position. The actor is charged with 'culpable homicide not amounting to murder' and 'death by rash act' for killing one person and injuring four others by ramming his car into American Express Bakery on Hill Road, Bandra, in the early hours of September 28. In the 13 years since the incident, the case has been through a series of twists and turns. Written submissions made by Khan's defence counsel Shrikant Shivade and special public prosecutor Pradip Gharat in the case show that disagreements between the two arose from the word go, starting from their versions of the route to the mishap site and all that followed, except for the fact that a bakery worker died and four were injured, and that singer Kamal Khan was in the car's back seat. Union Minister Nitin Gadkari stunned everyone by openly announcing that he waters plants at his bungalow in New Delhi with the urine he collects in a 50-litre can. He made these comments during an event on sprinkle irrigation systems in Nagpur. Describing Urine as a free home-made fertiliser, Nitin Gadkari claims to have collected urine in a 50-litre can and asked his gardener to sprinkle it on some of the plants. He continued to do the same after noticing that plants which were watered with urine grew one-and-a-half times bigger than the rest. Nitin Gadkari used to collect the urine in a small plastic cover every day and later added the content to the 50-litre can. He say urine contains nutrients like Urea and Nitrogen. ISLAMABAD: Pakistan's former president Asif Ali Zardari today failed to appear before an anti-corruption court due to food poisoning, his lawyer said. Zardari's counsel Farooq Naek told the court that the former president was suffering from food poisoning and was vomiting and should be granted exemption from appearance. Justice Khalid Mehmood Ranjha of the court accepted the request and adjourned the case till May 13. The Metropolitan Magistrate Court of Hyderabad has directed police officials to file case against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu for allegedly "insulting" his Telangana counterpart KCR and shepherd community. One Sunkari Janardhan Goud, lawyer from Saroornagar of Hyderabad, has approached Cyberabad 11th Magistrate court accusing AP CM Chandrababu of demeaning KCR and Shepherd community during his speech in East Godavari district on May day. Following the complaint, the Metropolitan Magistrate court directed Chaitanyapuri police to lodge case against Mr Chandrababu. Magistrate Indira asked police to probe the matter and submit a report on May 13th. Meanwhile, the war of words between AP CM Chandrababu and Telangana CM KCR has been going on unabatedly. A case was registered against Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for his remarks in which he allegedly compared Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to Shepherd. An advocate from telangana one Janardhan filed a petition in the court seeking action against Naidu for belittling Yadava caste people by comparing Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao to a shepherd. Responding on the petition the court asked the Chaitanyapuri police to register a case against Chandrababu Naidu.In the petition Janaradhan mentioned that Naidu degrades Yadava caste  for his alleged remarks against CM Chandrababu Naidu allegedly commented that his K Chandrasekhar Rao would have become a ‘shepherd’ had the Telugu Desam party did not exist.

Another fatal bus accident took place today evening at Madhya Pradesh.On Monday May 4 evening a bus in blaze fell off the culvert killing more than 50 passengers. The bus skidded off a small bridge, fell into a nullah and caught fire. The bus is travelling from Panna to Chhatarpur Madhyapradesh with 50 passengers. The diesel tank exploded setting the bus on fire. The damage of the accident is not made clear but. Prime minister Narendra Modi expressed his condolence over social networking site Twitter.He said on Twitter that the news of the mishap is extremely saddening. NASA had developed a battery-powered plane consisting of as many as 10-Engines. It is something which is capable of taking off and landing just alike a helicopter. The Greased Lightning or GL-10 prototype can be used to deliver small package or conducting surveillance for agriculture, mapping and other applications.  GL - 10 successfully passed the flight test. During the test, The electric plane gets transitioned from hover to wing-borne flight like a conventional airplane and then back to hover again. Vertical take-off/landing and making no/very little noise are another big advantages of this model. NASA is also developing a much bigger version of this electric plane and this could be used as 4-person personal aircraft.
